Far Off, Far Away
There is a scooter that is a satellite, but it is far off and far away.
Look up into the sky. That little moving light is the scooter satellite. It's just scooting along, far away from here.

The scooter satellite is far off, but you can still hear it's horn go "har (はる) har har."
The scooter satellite's only purpose is to make a "har har har" sound that is audible from far away. It's quite obnoxious.
