This is a jukugo word that uses the on'yomi readings of the kanji. You should be able to read this on your own. Just remember that the はん changes to ぱん for 般.
私みたいな一般庶民には、そのパンプスはちょっと高すぎるかな。
Those pumps are a little too expensive for an ordinary person like me.
