A Work, Work, Production

If you make a product, it's not really a product anymore, but a work. It's your work of art or literature, or maybe a theater production. This can be any kind of artistic creation: a book, a composition, a painting, a movie, a play... It doesn't mean "product" (you'll learn the word for that later!) but it can be used for a product when you want to highlight the artistic talent behind it.
