The readings are the kun'yomi readings of both kanji. 国 is くに and 柄 is the reading you learned with the kanji.
それぞれの国にはそれぞれのお国柄ってものがあって、私達はそれをお互いに尊重し合うべきだと思います。
Each country has their own national character and I think that’s something we should all respect.
